Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations You can return most products within 7–30 days (check product page for exact policy). Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item. No refunds for change of mind on personalized or perishable items.
